Where should I stay if I'm only in Beirut for a short time?

Answer
If you'll only be in Beirut for a short time (don't count on it ;) this place is addictive!), there are several options for affordable accommodation right next to Saifi Institute. In fact, although Beirut is not known for its hostels, Saifi is located right next to Beirut's only hostels the "New Talal Hotel" and "Pension Nazih", also the Private Hotel and the "Port View", a bit nicer and more expensive, is a 10 min walk away.
